Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo was born in the US and she has written several books. She had a successful career acting in television. Her first appearance was on the morning soap operas One Life to Live & Guiding Light. Andrea Navedo (born 10 October 1978 in the Bronx area of NY) is an American actress and singer. Navedo was the first professional actress to appear in daytime dramas. She was on the show as Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 through 1998. Then in 1999, she joined the cast of the CBS soap opera Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her first film appearance was as a character in Girl 6 in 1996. The actress then appeared in New York Undercover, and The District. In 2001 Navedo was a co-star in the action movie Double Take and the following year in the drama film Washington Heights. Navedo played a role in the NBC crime drama Law & Order for a regular role as the Detective Ana Cordova between 2001 and 2004. The character was later featured in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods and Blue Bloods. Navedo has also appeared in numerous movies, such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo has also played recurring characters in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. She starred in the comedy film Superfast! The Fast and the Furious films were parodied in the film of 2015. Navedo's professional career started with soaps for daytime. In 1995-1997, she played Linda Soto on ABC's soap opera One Life to Live. Then in 1999 she joined the team of CBS soap show Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval.
